Dr. Johnson established C. Johnson & Associates, LLC in 1998 to provide consulting services to the chemical, plastics, foundry and related industries. He started as a research chemist at 3M Co. He left Borden Chemical Inc. as Vice President and Technical Director in 1998. During his thirty years with Acme Resin Corp. and Borden he directed technical employees at five laboratory locations and quality assurance at twenty-eight plants in North America. He also had responsibility for plant process development, technical service, and product related regulatory compliance.
